Today 's society is the age of globalization. The chain block in the domestic use has become more and more popular, has blown a wave of imports in China. The chain block is a very useful one, but we usually use it properly.

1. The chain block which is newly installed or installed after strip inspection should carry out several test run. However, before installing, do not try to carry out test run with electricity.

2. Import chain block before normal use should be 125 % of the rated load, lifting from the ground about 100 mm, 10 minutes of static load test, and check whether normal.

3. Dynamic loading test is to rated load weight, repeated lifting and moving around the test, after the test to check whether the mechanical transmission part, electrical parts and connecting parts are normal and reliable.

4. In use, it is absolutely forbidden to use in an impermissible environment, and in excess of the rated load and rated closing times per hour ( 120 times ).

5. When installing, debugging and maintaining, it must be strictly checked whether the limit device is flexible and reliable. When the hook rises to the upper limit position, the distance between the hook shell and the drum shell must be greater than 50mm ( 10t, 16t, 20t must be greater than 120mm ). When the hook is lowered to the lower limit position, the wire rope safety ring on the drum should be ensured, and the effective safety ring must be more than 2 circles.

6. It is not allowed to press two hand-operated door buttons simultaneously to move the chain block in the opposite direction.

Power supply is the power source of the chain block in the work, so the selection of the chain block power supply is also very important.

1. Connect the relevant cables before turning on the disconnecting switch

/main power supply.

2. Connect the three-phase power supply to the isolating switch and the ground strap.

3. Strip the cable insulation sheath, connect each contact and tighten

4. Lock each cable guard ring.
